WAVES 2025 was a truly memorable event for the Indian AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) sector. Held with great energy and enthusiasm, the event brought together creators, studios, investors, and visionaries, all passionate about taking India’s creative economy to new heights.
We were honoured to witness our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji, address the AVGC community. His inspiring message about India’s growing leadership in animation, gaming, and content creation reminded all of us why we started building. His words encouraged young entrepreneurs, artists, and developers to dream big, and believe that Indian-made content can lead the global stage.
Another highlight was Shri Mukesh Ambani ji’s insightful speech. He spoke about the massive potential of India’s creative economy and the strength of its youth and technology. His confidence in the future of Indian content deeply resonated with every creator present. It made us proud to be a part of this growing revolution.
At Narqubis Games, this vision hits close to home. Our game Narqubis is proudly made in India, from the gameplay to the code, every part has been built by our Indian team in Rajkot, Gujarat. Seeing people from across the country try it, enjoy it, and share their feedback was a moment of pride and motivation for us.
WAVES 2025 wasn’t just about speeches, it was about learning, connecting, and growing. We got to attend masterclasses by big names like Dani Sanchez-Crespo, Aamir Khan, and Farhan Akhtar. Their journeys and advice added fresh perspective and inspiration.
We also showcased Narqubis to a number of investors and industry experts. The curiosity and support we received made us even more confident about our journey ahead.
One of the best parts? Meeting other passionate creators, developers, publishers, content creators, all working toward one common goal: building great games and content from India for the world.
A big thank you to the organizers for putting together such a powerful platform. WAVES 2025 was not just an event; it was a turning point for Indian gaming and content creators.
Let’s keep building, let’s keep creating, because the world is watching.
